Colombo North Teaching Hospital (CNTH) which is situated at Ragama in the Gampaha District is 18 km away from the capital of Sri Lanka.

C.N.T.H. comes under the line Ministry and functioning under the administration of a Director. Three institutions including District Hospital Kandana, Rehabilitation Hospital Ragama and Nurses Training School Kandana are also functioning under the Directorate of C.N.T.H. As the largest tertiary care institution in the district this Hospital Serves for the public by 2,466 staff with 1,837 inward patient capacity through 43 number of wards and 58 Units expanded across 27 acres of land.
